Our support staff work alongside Solicitors and Legal Executives in all our departments and we have many who have been with us for many years. We have a number of open plan offices which means that partners, solicitors and support staff work alongside each other. At Langley Wellington we understand the demands of working in a professional environment and consider ourselves family-friendly. We understand the need for some of our support staff to work part time enabling them to maintain their work life balance whilst providing excellent standards of support to fee earners.
