Sue James has
worked in legal practice since 1981, and in a senior capacity as fee earner since 1988. She was admitted as a Fellow of The Institute of Legal Executives 1994 and joined Langley Wellington in 2005 as Head of the Probate Department.
She specialises in private client work including wills, estate planning, trusts, administration of estates, powers of attorney, receivership, land law and conveyancing.
Having worked in general practice for over 25 years Sue has a breadth of experience which enables me her to give in depth advice.
Richard has been with the firm for over 30 years and has a wealth of knowledge relating to the administration of estates, Wills, Trusts, Inheritance Planning, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection application and administration.
Outside the office, Richard plays and enjoys watching cricket and also enjoys watching football and rugby.
Richard Targett joined the firm from Eggletons in January 2002. He specialises in Wills, Trusts and Probate.
Brenda Smyth qualified as a solicitor 1987. She joined Wellingtons 1988. Brenda's key areas of specialism are probate and Administration of Estates, Trusts, Wills, Enduring Power of Attorneys, Inheritance Tax Planning. She is also a member of STEP.
