Head of Personal Injury
Mike Coughlan joined the firm in 1984 and was made partner in 1987.
Mike's key areas of specialisms are Personal Injury, catastrophic claims, professional negligence and commercial litigation. As well as being a Partner and head of the Personal Injury department Mike is a Deputy District Judge (Civil) and the Deputy Assistant Coroner for the Gloucester District.
He is a member of the Law Society Personal Injury panel and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. He is also a member of Headway, a charity for head injured people, and also a member of spinal charities. He has over 25 years experience in dealing from small claims up to multi million pound claims.
