Scott joined Langley Wellington LLP on 1 November 2011 from a Gloucester based firm having previously worked for a large reputable firm in Cheltenham. Scott has been working in the residential property field for a number of years gaining a wide range of experience in various residential property transactions. Scott has been credited with advising small to medium size new home developer 's as well as being one of the recommended Conveyancer's for local and national housing association's in shared ownership and shared equity schemes. Scott also comes with a wealth of experience in complex leasehold matters as well as the more usual conveyancing transactions.
Scott's clients have praised him for his strong communication and organisational skills as well as his no-nonsense approach to issues.
Scott can often be found in the gym with his hard work later ruined by a cheeky couple of drinks with friends and he claim's one of his vice's to be his love/temptation of cars.
