Each pack will contain an Energy Performance Certificate which will provide key information on how energy efficient the house you are interested in is. It will also contain information on How to make the house more energy efficient.
HIPs will also include information such as searches and other legal documents.
A Home Condition Report can also be included in the packs on a voluntary basis. The Home Condition Report provides useful details of the condition of the property.
